The Oregonian Newspaper Dec. 6, 1998 named the Bear Track Inn the best Inn in Alaska.

I've fished all over the world, Alaska six times. Bear Track Inn is in my opinion, the benchmark, to which all lodges will be measured. Actually the place is incomparable! I am very much looking forward to my next visit.

We spent the second week of our family vacation at the Bear Track Inn and we've thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The kids have said that they would like to return to Alaska , but "only if we can stay here again!"

Our stay at the Bear Track Inn was so peaceful and tranquil. Your lodge is so beautiful and calming. We couldn't stop admiring it. All of your staff were so welcoming. You all seem like one family, welcoming one another. Our excursions were beyond description, just awesome.

Wow, what an unbelievable experience. There was no way we could've imagined such beautiful scenery, or such wonderful food. Each Day and each meal was better than the last. The staff pampered us to no end. Leaving is not an easy thing.
